IP Quality of Service book.  If you have the time and the funding, you can't
beat the DQOS course.  It's one of the best instructor led courses I have
ever taken; and I think it will play a big part in the lab over the coming
months.  It covers virtually every QOS topic that you might see on the lab:
LLQ, CAR, FRTS, GTS, FRED, WRED, RSVP, etc.  I would be willing to bet that
we aren't too far way from seeing this courseware released as a Cisco Press
book.
