Due to an overwhelming requests for how to order the old style plaque, here
is the information that Tim O'Brien shared with me (thanks Tim).
I thought I was clear about which ones were free and which one
I had to pay for, but hopefully this should clear it up.
OLD STYLE PLAQUE = More than $100 Less than $200 depends upon quantity
ordered
NEW STYLE PLAQUE = FREE, FREE, FREE :-)
