Multipoint subinterfaces are non-broadcast by default and therefore need the
neighbor command on the hub interface. The spoke neighbors don't need the
neighbor command. Make sure that the hub router is the DR if this is a
partial mess configuration.
Point-to-point subinterfaces are point-to-point by default, and don't need
neighbor commands. Also, a DR/BDR is not elected.
Good idea to know all of the different types of OSPF network types, what the
hello and dead timers are of each, and if there are DR/BDR elected.
