The Cisco Interactive Mentor programs are ok but I would not recommend them.
Buying routers or better yet, rack time, is so inexpensive now I think that
most people would benefit from them much better. The Mentor programs seem to
work ok for introductory-type learning, but preparing for the CCIE Lab also
requires knowing the IOS thoroughly and quickly navigating across six or
more routers.
