Adarsh,

Yes, Queueing (CBWFQ, etc) needs to be done on all
routers between the source and destination in the
outbound direction. Serial interfaces are fine but you
can also do ethernet if you want. All forms of
queueing are local to the router.

So your access-list permitting UDP Ports >20000 covers
this range of 30000 ports, and are they all UDP?

Do you have any documentation on the ports and
protocols (might be UDP and TCP) used by the Ericsson
voip box?
