The first one and the third one are the same. The
difference between dest-mac and dmac-output-list is
with dest-mac you are limited to a single mac and with
dmac-output-list you can specify as many mac as you
like.
To compare the first one with the second one, the
first one is for local router to reach 3745.0001.0101,
it has to go through 140.100.200.1. While the second
one the local router can reach 3745.0001.0101 locally
and it will only let 3745.0001.0101 to be accessed
even if it has another services with different mac
addresses.
