This is CCIE Lab Practice Kit, Satterlee and Hutnik, soft cover, copyright
2001, ISBN 007212766X. Often available on eBay.

Another okay book for scenarios is CCIE Practical Studies, Vol. 1 by Karl
Solie, 2002, ISBN 1587200023.

Still, unless you have many years experience or a good mentor, you need top
quality scenarios, which cost $500-600, to learn the many topics.
