Just to add a little,
My friend has VConsole's ISDN simulator. Inexpensive and works with S/T and U interface. He tested it out and it seems to be working good. As for myself I have a MergeTech AFP2000. Very good but is a little high in price.

I have the Emulex version and it works quite well. It supports various switch types, calling features, spids/no spids etc.
