Depending on the application, you can do this one of
two ways. First off, you can do multiple summary
blocks to collect the entire range. For example:
10.8.0.0/13
10.16.0.0/12
10.32.0.0/11
10.64.0.0/10
10.128.0.0/9

Or you could just summarize to a classful 10.0.0.0/8
and carry more specific routes for subnets of the
10.0.0.0-10.8.255.255 address block.

I have seen both methods used in real world
applications.
