Carl,
MIBs are just text files, but they follow certain format. The most
important of format is the "IMPORTS". The IMPORTS portion of MIB,
usually at top, tells you what object type this MIB references to,
hence the MIB loading sequence. For example, CISCO-PROCESS-MIB
references to EntPhysicalIndexOrZero from TC-MIB. Thus you have to load
TC-MIB before CISCO-PROCESS-MIB.
