Hi All,
I've been trying to find a method of securing Cisco SAA or RTR as it used
to be known.
Now the command to set up a remote responder is simply:
rtr responder
in global config and the only notes I find state that as long as the agent
communicates via control packets with the responder this is all that is
needed.
So in what format and type are these control packets or what is a method
of security the responder so someone doesn't use it themselves or engineer
a DoS by sending overloading requests to the responder?
TIA
