Ppp lqm (percentage)

Link Quality Monitoring is one of the PPP negotiated options to watch
for. The quality is calculated by comparing the total number of packets
and bytes sent with the total number of packets and bytes received by
the destination side.

LQM is further specified in RFC 1989.
