You should receive a "% Network not in table" message when issuing the command because network 200.200.200.0 is actually not in table, but the packet gets forwarded to the default gateway. That's what the gateway of last resort is for, to forward networks not in your routing table. If you issue the command show ip route 0.0.0.0 you'll see the 10.10.1.3 showing up.
