Hello,
I just experienced the same problem. Two things..... number one in order to
ping the local interface you need to map the local ip to the remote phone
number. Second I had to reboot both the routers and the ISDN simulator. I
think that we may have the same one since mine is also basic-net3 and using
the same kind of dial string. Ater I did those two things I had some success.
