2611 Terminal Server issues with 2924 XL

I have a 2611 with a Octal Sync cable. I have my entire rack of equipment
connected to it via console with no issues.

I am unable to get it to work with a 2924 XL. I do not even get a link lite
on the Async card. The 2924 console port works fine with a PC.

Any thoughts ?
