I'm using 148.1.0.0 as my network ip. IGRP is on a .8.x/24 mask as is RIP,
the ospf frame is a .7.x/29 setup with secondary addresses added to create
/24 routes. All the ospf routes EXCEPT THE ONES NAMED PRIOR can get to the
igrp routers.
