Hello. I have a couple pieces of my home lab left to sell:
1601R -- 8 MB flash, 24 MB DRAM (8 MB onboard, 16 MB Crucial upgrade),
Built-in 10BaseT and DB-60 serial, currently has a WIC-1B-U ISDN card in
the expansion slot.
1604 -- 16 MB flash, 18 MB DRAM (2 MB onboard, 16 MB Crucial upgrade),
Built-in 10BaseT and ISDN BRI U-Interface with NT-1, currently has
WIC-1T DB-60 Serial card in the expansion slot.
As you can see, these are both maxed out in terms of DRAM (24 MB for the
'Run from RAM' version and 18 MB for the standard). They will come with
a current version of IP-only software, but they both have enough flash
for the current "IP/IPX/AT/IBM/FW PLUS IPSEC 56" image (the R series can
get away with smaller flash since the images are compressed and run in
RAM, while the standard needs the larger flash since the images run
there). I also have one D8-60 DTE-DCE cross-over serial cable I'll
throw in if someone buys both routers. Off the top of my head, the main
things they won't do are IS-IS and Voice.

I also have an 8MB flash stick pulled from a 2620 router with no image
installed.
I'll be out of office and away from e-mail from this afternoon until
Wednesday evening, but e-mail off line with any offers (just please do a
little research and give me intelligent offers -- lol), questions, or if
you need pictures / more information. I'm also willing to sell out
consider selling the WICs separately.
Thanks and good luck with the studying,
-Jeff, CCIE # 8007
