Hi there

I can heartily recommend the All-In-One Lab study guide - I am using it now to prepare for my lab in January, and the exercises are laid out in a very logical way. There are lots of screen dumps, along with detailed explanations of the relevant commands. Also included is a CD with all the correct configs on it. There are a few minor errors, but nothing that you cannot figure out for yourself.

Those books are not by Caslow. "Cisco Certification: Bridges, Routers and Switches for CCIEs (2nd Edition)" is by Caslow et al.

Halabi's book is Internet Routing Architecture.
