Yangchun,
A distance of 5 is assigned to routes manually summarized in
EIGRP with the "summary address" statement. You can change the distance
of this on a per summary basis with the interface command:
Ip summary-address eigrp [process] [prefix] [mask] [distance]
Router(config-if)#ip summary-address eigrp 1 1.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 ?
<1-255> Administrative distance
