You have applied the filter on the interface, not the process. You need to put the filter in IPX router EIGRP. Use a distribute list inbound on the specified interface.

??it might look pretty dumb.... but tried to filter some routing update for eigrp neighbor, accepting only 3213 network. But w/ this config, it blocks all the routing updates from its neighbor.
