Yes its possible to manipulate the 'origin' of a prefix, however dont
confuse 'origin' with 'originating AS'. because both are different. ORIGIN
referred here is either igp, egp or incomplete.
And yes, set as-path prepend only prepends the AS #.
When performing aggregation, the AS-path info is 'lost' (well, its not
actually lost, see my earlier post for explanation) and the prefix seems to
be appearing from the AS performing aggregation. Is this behaviour you are
after ? (ie. the prefix appears to be coming from an AS which is not
originating it)
