The reason I am changing it under OSPF is due to the fact that
you can not change the distance of External EIGRP on a pre prefix basis
(at least in 12.1). This may be version dependent, however I have yet
to see a case when this is possible. Regardless, you are effectively
accomplishing the same task by changing the distance under OSPF.
