Subject: Cisco CD and expired software?

I recently installed the Cisco CD-ROM and I get the following error when
running it:
The URL it defaults to on the page is:
http://127.0.0.1:8080/expired.htm
This software has expired. Click Exit <exit.isapi?returnpage=/exit.htm>to
exit the appilcation.

I have tried to uninstall the software, reboot the workstation, try a
different CD-ROM and it is still not working. I deleted all the registry
keys associated with it as well and no luck. Nothing on Cisco about this
either. Any suggestions??
