from my little experience on working on labs..

i would say DISTRIBUTE LISTS are your best friend! inorder to prevent
"feed back" even b/w just 2 routing protocols... always make sure that
the redistributed protocol CANNOT be learnt by any other means...ex..if
you red ospf into igrp... it is most likely that all your ospf routes on
the redistributing router turn to moosh ..cos your ospf is "fed back" as
igrp routes...

inorder to save yourselve a lot of time and headache...always construct a
redistribute list! or route map as may be desired..
