* just enable 'ipx nlsp enable' only on the interface having address 44

If you dont want RIP whcih will automatically be running on the other
interfaces to auto distribute those networks into NLSP then :
* filter out the routes distributed from RIP into NLSP (for the other 2)

or

* you could also selectively use area-address for that particular network
(along with its mask)
