I was bitching about this earlier, particularly re. direct encap which I
always thought was only token to token. It seems that the docs we are using
are out of date. See the dlsw support matrix at:

it works. I thought that FST and DLSW Direct were only for token to token

I understand that FST is not Local Ack so require RIF for end to end
station. But ethernet doesn't have Ring number.
