Yep. That's what I thought. Even the ones after it
should win, bgp deterministic med has no impact on the
results only if bgp always-compare-med has been
enabled.

Think it this way: It's like a sorting problem.
Enable bgp deterministic med only make different
comparing sequence.

Do different sorting methods get different results?

I don't think so.
