Should be no problem. I think you need to enable internal ATM clocking on
one of the interfaces.

I didn't think it would be a problem to run them back-to-back to mock the
connections but being that I haven't done it
before I thought to throw it out there.
Is there anything sticking about just connecting OC3 interfaces back-to-back
in a test design?
