Robert, why did you choose 24000 bits for Be? It makes a rate of
(7000+24000 bits)/125 ms=248000 bit/s in the first timeslot. This rate
should be equal to 512k, shouldn't it?

(But a question if that rule is correct: why burst as hard as you can in
the first timeslot?)

Suppose you have a hub site with a 512k port and a remote site with a
56 k port the CIR for the PVC is 32k
Using the following settings.
frame-relay CIR 56000
frame-relay mincir 32000
frame-relay BC 7000
frame-relay BE 24000
frame-relay adaptive becn
