 I think on R4 you need to redistribute between OSPF and IGRP/EIGRP and
also between EIGRP/IGRP. OSPF cannot be used a transit protcol for
either of the other two (in fact no protocol can be used as transit
protocol).Mutual redistribution between all of them is needed.

Ensure that loops are prevented due to mutual redistribution using one of
the different ways available.
