help on secret command that "transform" E1 to T1

I've heard about a command that can "transform" an E1 to T1 or T1 to E1 on
as5300. I know this command on 7200 with PA-MCX-8E1 card (card type E1/t1).
 I think this is maybe a "secret" command any ideas?
