Taking CCIE R&S Lab in Sao Paulo Brazil, anyone has experience?

Hi,

I am thinking of taking the R&S lab in Sao Paulo Brazil, but I have some
questions:

1) Is the lab content same as the ones in US? (and in English, not in
Portuguese?)
2) Is the lab environment as good as the one in US?
3) does the proctors speak English, or only Portuguese?
4) any bad / good experiences?
