AFAIK, this tool is designed for cat6k hybrid to cat6k native IOS
conversion. use it at your own risk for 5k to 3550..

your commands and the tool converts to IOS based commands. Useful for those
who will be taking lab between Sept and November since they will only be
testing on Cat 5 features on 3550. After working some cat 5000 labs I just
took my final config and ran thru convertor to see what 3550 commands
translate.
