Hi,

I tried that also. Still the same one. I think the problem is not the one which
 we were discussing
before. Here it says "encapsulation failed" after it goes from (local) to (BVI1
). I think from BVI1,
it does not know how to get encapsulated in the frame packet. Any clue?

You will also get this error when you give encap ppp instead of default encap h
dlc for the bridges.

may be the problem is the same one we were discussion under subject "bridging "
 where the serial interfaces cannot reach each other because of the MAC ,try to
 enable IRB with BVI interface in spokes and give the BVI the IP address instea
d of the serial and see if it work ..let me know :)
