3920 question

folks ;
i wonder if someone can clarify this for me .

when we config the 3920 , we give bridge number and also ring numbers.

the ring numbers are used on the routers connected to the switch when we use SR
B for example ....But do we use the bridge numbers anywhere ??
is it the same bridge numbers used on the routers in SRB as well...??

i dont think they should be the same ..however i might be mistaken
