I think you can use a GRE tunnel configuration.

here is how it will work

 the tunnel will be from the ABR of AREA4-AREA2

and ABR of AREA2-AREA0.

Assign the tunnel interfaces an IP address in Area 0.

it should work.

Virtual-links anyway are not recommended over
stub-areas.
