Yep CCIE1 is right
Dialer watch is supported over OSPF.
But only thing you got to do to make sure the link
does not come up is to make sure the hellos are not
permitted as interesting traffic.
And i also found one more thing that, using dialer
profiles worked with dialer watch better than legacy
DDR config.
