Jason,

You've got two problems. You have a loopback address of 2.2.2.2 on both R1
and R2, and it's the highest loopback IP on both routers, so there will be
an ospf RID conflict.

After you solve that, I think you'll having a synchronization problem
between OSPF and BGP. Either add "no synch" to bgp on R1, or add "bgp
router-id X.X.X.X" to both routers where X.X.X.X is the same as the ospf RID
on each router (you can determine the ospf RIDs using "show ip ospf
database").
