Dan,

I am running serial links at 4MB on both 4500/4700 and 7500 routers; 7200
should be the same, though I haven't tried it.

On a 4500/4700, the NP-4T will support 8MB total, so if you don't use ports
1 and 3, you can set ports 0 and 2 to 4MB each.

On a 7500, the EIP will support 6.2 MB per half (i.e., ports 0-3 or 4-7) so
you can get a couple 4MB ports going plus a couple T1/E1.
