Use the vlan database privileged EXEC command to enter VLAN configuration mode.
 From this mode, you can add, delete, and modify VLAN configurations for normal
-range VLANs and globally propagate these changes by using the VLAN Trunking Pr
otocol (VTP). Configuration information is saved in the VLAN database.

router(config)#vlan database
