You telnet to each router and change it ;-) You can't send the AD of
OSPF to another router dynamically.

Can anyone please let me know why the changing of the OSPF AD not only
affects the local router but also affects adjacent OSPF router?

I thought the chaning of the AD will only affects the router itself, not
any
other routers.
