Re: Getting rid of DOCSIS commands in a UBR924?

Hmmm...the resultant config looks suspiciously like a default
DOCSIS-compliant bridging config:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/cable/cab_modm/ubr924/scg924
/scg924bc.htm#xtocid6

It looks like you need to disable DOCSIS-compliant bridging with 'no cable
modem compliant bridge' interface command under the cable modem interface.
See:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/cable/cab_modm/ubr924/scg924
/scg924da.htm#xtocid1

RESET SWITCH DETECTED

RESET SWITCH DETECTED - 10 seconds
UBR924 platform with 16384 Kbytes of main memory

No, the reset button looked like it would work, but after it reloaded,
it did the same thing. Check out what it is doing below, listed at the
end of the email. Watch the E0 and C0 interfaces.

Weird. The behavior is very virus like.

Isn't there a hard-reset button on that router? I think if you press
that for more than 10 seconds, it should clear the RF config.
