Chenyan,
I am not too sure if i understand ur Q. Are u asking why the parameters are
mismatched (not same on both sides) or why matched (same on both sides) ? In
normal circumstances the parameters on both sides of the link should match
and the network type should also be the same for OSPF adj to be formed.
