Hi Everyone!! Sorry for the OT, i need some help to modify the original
script that comes with Cisco Callmanager 3.1 in order to remove the need
to press 1 than an extention and then the # key in order to connect to an
extention after dialing into the callmanager from the outside, also i
would like to remove the other option to press 2 for the directory, i
only want the welcom message and then the option to press for an
extention. Cisco does not provide such support and i dont know about any
tool to help me do such thing, can someone please give me a hand or point
