Hi,
 Here is how you get 07, noticed that the precedence number correspond to the b
it position, not the number as you were expected:
precedence 0 = 00000001
precedence 1 = 00000010
precedence 2 = 00000100
=> 0000 0111 => 07
You can check the Cisco Doc CD command reference manual, just be careful, they
gave you the correct procedure, but the example had a wrong answer.
