Let me show you out put from what I have experienced. If you look at the out
put from the "show atm vc 4" you will see that ATMInARP is happily running.
The only time I see it disabled is with AAL5-Mux encapsulation (see out put
from VCD 7). So, I manually turn it off, with "no protocol ip inarp".

Subject: about"no protocol ip inarp"in atm
CCO said
"If you specify a protocol-address instead of inarp,
Inverse ARP is automatically disabled for that
protocol."
so in following config,is "no protocol ip inarp"
unnecessary?
pvc 0/101
protocol ip 200.1.1.2 broadcast
no protocol ip inarp
Thanks
