I don't know if anyone has replied yet...

Hub has a multipoint subinterface. Thats 1 interface
and interface authentication is done on the whole
interface. If you don't want authentication on the
other spoke then create another subinterface and
subnet for that spoke.

No way to do per-PVC OSPF authentication that I know
of, and as far as I recall thats not part of the RFC.
