Yes, they are both bridge numbers. The former is entered and displayed in
hex, the latter can be entered in hex or decimal and displayed in decimal.
-Can they be the same? Yes.
-Can they be different? Yes.
-Must they be the same? No.
-Must they be different? Only if they are in parallel, bridging the same two
rings.
