Though it's a rough estimate but really getting close anyway. On 15 July
2002, Edmund Roche-Kelly had his CCIE number as #9691 and Laszlo now has
his 9 days after as #9790. A rough estimate gives a difference of 100
numbers in 10 days.

The rate as actually increased during this summer period. Guess more people
can think well now ;-)
