Hunt,
The image you're trying to boot from the tftp server has a size of around 16MB.
Because the 2500 series is a "boot from Flash" router it doesn't load the imag
e to RAM, it's run from the Flash itself. To boot from a tftp server to a 2500
the image has to be smaller than 10MB I guess, because the image will be occupy
ing 10MB of your RAM and the router will have 6MB to load all the processes. If
you try to load the 16MB image, there will be no room for the router processes
left in RAM, that's probably the reason you can't load it.
I would recommend upgrading your Flash to 16MB and you'll be able to load any i
mage.
